Terms of service

The agreement

By creating an account or using nufuwriter.com you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

Accounts

You must be 16 or older, give accurate details, keep your password secure and tell us promptly at support@nufuwriter.com about unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are Starter $20.99, Pro $79.99 and Business $124.99 per month.
• There is no automatic renewal. Plans expire at the end of each paid month and you renew manually when you want to continue.
• Prices exclude taxes that may apply to your billing address.
• Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the briefs you write and the drafts generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use NUFU to produce unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing material, to send spam, to reverse engineer the service, or to resell generated output as an equivalent competing product.

AI output

Generated drafts may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and fact-checking anything you publish or send to your readers.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost subscribers.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and will give notice where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
