Refund policy

14-day refund window

If you are unhappy with a paid plan, email support@nufuwriter.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

Charges older than 14 days are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Trials

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, so cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Plan changes

• Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated for the current period.
• There is no automatic renewal — you renew manually each month. Downgrades apply from your next manual renewal; no partial refund is issued.
• Prices are Starter $20.99, Pro $79.99 and Business $124.99 per month.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where an account has been suspended for breach of our terms, or where there is evidence of repeated refund abuse across accounts.

How to request

Email support@nufuwriter.com from the address on your account with your invoice number. We confirm every request within one business day.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations or other applicable consumer law.
